Chief Financial OfficerWith almost 30 years in healthcare finance and currently serving as a Market CFO for a major Northern California hospital system, Nikki brings deep financial discipline and executive leadership to BNH Properties. Her experience overseeing large budgets and complex operations shapes the way we evaluate risk, structure projects, and protect capital. Her leadership strengthens every investment.
Brooke Ochoa
Chief Operations OfficerBrooke’s background in healthcare operations and radiology management brings structure and accountability to every project. Having helped build and lead hospital departments, she understands execution, timelines, and team coordination. She also excels in client relations, creating clear, honest conversations that make both sellers and lending partners feel confident and respected.
Haley Ochoa
Chief of StaregyWith over 10 years of experience in tech and corporate marketing, Haley leads strategy, positioning, and growth for BNH Properties. Her background spans product marketing, market expansion, events, and sales leadership. She understands how to evaluate demand, position properties effectively, and ensure each project resonates with the right buyers, helping investments perform and partnerships grow.
